Fierce & Feminine beginner level is a class introducing new choreographies each week and familiarizing beginners with the Fierce & Feminine Style. In this class, we deep dive into sensual movement and celebrate the divine feminine, while honing performance, floorwork and memorization skills.

Fierce & Feminine Intermediate level is a dance class for dancers that have a basic dance background (minimum) and are ready to be challenged further. This class requires some strength and mobility. Class combinations may include learning tricks, lifts and floor work. This class performs at our year end showcase and fundraiser.

Using high-energy dance sequences set to different tempos of music, dance cardio is a fun and effective cardiovascular workout, building your endurance and stamina over time. This class will help beginners target coordination.

Power Half Hour is an online strength and cardio training program incorporating bodyweight, low-impact exercises, agility, coordination and mobility using an interval method. This program is not for the true beginner, but for those with some fitness experience and requires equipment such as weights and resistance bands. These live sessions take place on Zoom and recordings are sent out after each workout. Target consistency and efficiency with 30 minute power sessions to start your day.
